SAP S/4HANA provides a detailed and structured representation of a company’s organizational structure. All relevant organizational structures such as company codes, plants and other company units and their relationships to each other can be mapped and managed. This is the prerequisite for the correct allocation of business processes and integrated reporting.

The implementation of optimized target processes based on industry standards is one of the core functions of SAP S/4HANA. The system contains a customizing curriculum that prepares functions in Financial Accounting (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM) according to best practices and helps companies to optimize their processes according to proven standards.

Customizing in SAP S/4HANA enables the seamless integration of business processes across departmental boundaries. It also offers the flexibility to set system-wide changes such as work calendars and currencies or to activate additional industry-specific functions. This integration and customizability promotes consistency and efficiency throughout the company.

SAP UCC enables access to an SAP S/4HANA system, either as an exclusive or shared system. A distinction is made between cross-client (exclusive) and client-dependent (shared) customizing. The pre-installed data of the fictitious model company Global Bike enables a clear demonstration and testing of relevant processes and procedures.

Lecturers have access to teaching materials, ready-to-use presentations, case studies and exercises that can be used both in teaching and in research projects.

The entire curriculum is available in both German and English.
